95 years ago, in Yekaterinburg, bolsheviks executed the last Russian Imperial family. That night, eleven persons lost their lives. The Romanovs ( Nicholas II, Alexandra Feodorovna, their daughters Olga, Tatiana, Maria, Anastasia and son, Alexei) didn’t die alone. Eugene Botkin, Alexei Trupp, Anna Demidova and Ivan Kharitonov were shot along with them.
On 15 August 2000, the Russian Orthodox Church announced the canonization of the family.
